I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were very kind and friendly, always ready to assist and professional. The hotel is conveniently located, very close to the main avenue and just a short walk from the metro station in the 4Levent district. The transportation options were excellent, making it easy to explore the city. The room I stayed in was spacious, clean, and had all the necessary facilities. The breakfast provided a wide variety of choices, and I found it to be delicious.

1 mile from Google Turkey. There is free Wi Fi throughout the property. Everything met what we needed. We really loved our stay, and would go back in flash.

Good food and a convenient location. Plus, Yasar usta ice cream is right next door🍦. We'd definitely come back here, no complaints whatsoever.

the hotel is very cosyand clean. the staff are nice and helpfull. It is located on a quite block. the area seems to be business area away from the city centre but the underground metro staion is only 3 minutes walk and the mall is about 10 minutes walk. the room is very comfy and suitable for solo travelers or couples. the name Mood Design is perfect to discribe the hotel.

Great Value and Comfort
The hotel’s location was very convenient to access local shopping areas. The room was very clean and unusually spacious, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed having access to a pool and sauna during our stay. the price was very reasonable, especially considering all that the hotel offered.
The hotel’s noise control was poor. We were disturbed by noisy guests in the adjacent rooms and in public areas late at night and early in the morning.

Really nothing, everything was bad! And i'll never go there again, I don't recommend!
Everything was bad, the staff very bad and unhelpful, the location is very bad and unsafe place, the room wasn't clean, too much design but no quality, toilet wasn't working, cold water in bathroom, unconfortable bed, very bad lighting, tv not working. We booked the largest room 70m², but in reality it is only 40m². It was very bad experience, we booked the room for 5 nights, but we left the hotel immediately after one night, we couldn't stay there. Be careful, photos don't reflect the reality and the quality of the hôtel. It is really a poor hôtel and I don't recommend!

Not much, internet access best thing
Staff incompetent with little English. Location was terrible. No hot water when there was water available. Breakfast poor, no orange juice. The amount of lights in the room from AC, TV and skylight made sleeping difficult

The hotel is conveniently located in the 4Levent district, right next to the metro station. With the metro station just a stone's throw away, it's easy to get around the city and explore all the attractions. the rooms are spacious, clean, and modern, providing a comfortable stay. the staff are professional and friendly, ensuring a pleasant experience. Plus, there are plenty of great shops and nightclubs nearby, making it a perfect choice for those who enjoy a vibrant nightlife.
The hotel lacks certain amenities that some guests may expect, such as a dedicated parking space.

Stunning rooms, great price, excellent transportation the rooms were absolutely amazing, spotlessly clean, stylishly designed. the location is pretty convenient, with great transportation options nearby. And the best part is that the price was very reasonable, considering the quality of the hotel.
Noisy air conditioning, lack of amenities the air conditioning units were a bit loud, and I couldn't sleep well with the noise. there weren't many amenities provided in the room, like missing items from the minibar.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. I was suprised to see a full bar in my room! It would be a great place to host guests for a few drinks before going out. The decor was also interesting. It had a "funky design." It looks like something from the movie Austin Powers. The staff was very friendly and happy to answer all questions. The location is nearly in the heart of Istanbul's business district, and close to many high-end shops, restaurants, and night clubs. There was a secure parking lot about 1 block away from the hotel from my car, which cost only 15 TL for 24 hours.
The actual street the hotel is located on is a little shabby. I get the feeling it could be dangerous to walk alone on the street at night.

The room was great, clean, modern, and charming. It was not a suite as advertised, but I was traveling solo and got the cheapest rate. Price was excellent for such a lovely room in a central location. The location would not be great for someone visiting Istanbul for the first time, as it's in a commercial area and not near sightseeing, but it's perfect for a return visitor who wants to be near the metro and shopping. The area is also extremely safe, and there are lots of services nearby. The nearest metro stop is just a few blocks away, and it's now possible to get to most areas of interest using public transportation. It's also just a short walk to the recently opened Sapphire mall, which as great shops and restaurants as well as an observation deck on the top floor (it's now the highest building in Europe). I'd definitely recommend staying here.
Don't expect service. The staff are friendly and helpful but theres' not much on offer. Don't get the breakfast. It's overpriced, and the selection is limited. Save your money and get good coffee at Caffe Nero or one of the many cafes and restaurants at Sapphire, or visit one of the local borek establishments. The minibar prices are, well, just silly. Bring your own water. The room is lovely and the bathroom updated and modern, but lighting was too dim, and the layout of light switches and towel racks was less than user-friendly. It would have been small for two people. The "design" part of the description applies to the esthetics only. The tv doesn't get international channels, and there was brief but deafening noise during the late evening trash pickup. Nevertheless, for me, the benefits outweighed the negatives, and I'd stay here again if the prices remain reasonable.
